Final payment reminder

A reminder that the final balance of $1300 must be paid in full by tomorrow, December 9th.

We leave for NYC in less than a month!!!

Confirmed purchases

Our Mary Poppins tickets have been confirmed for Friday, January 6th at 8:00pm! We're sitting in the orchestra aisles, rows M-O on either side.

Also, we have purchased the NY City Passes and shuttle service from Newark to Manhattan.

Hotel info

We'll be staying at the Hotel Pennsylvania, at 33rd St. and 7th Ave. near Herald Square, right in the Garmet District (for all you Project Runway fans!).

There is a lot of great shopping nearby, it is right on major subway lines, and only 9 blocks from the heart of Broadway and Times Square!

Mary Poppins!

Hey all!
   One of the shows we will all be going to see together is Mary Poppins at the New Amsterdam theater. We also will be taking a backstage tour of the theater, which includes a history of the theater and possibly a chance to walk on the stage! After the show we'll have a private talkback with the actors :)

Hotel and Flight are booked!

   I now have confirmation of hotel and flights for NY!

Second Deposit Deadline Friday!

The next $350 Deposit is due this Friday, October 14th.

Airline tickets, and probably also hotel will be secured by the end of the week.

Deadline is tomorrow!

The deadline to commit to the trip and course is tomorrow! Your $400 deposit is due to the cashier. If you have paid and are planning to go, please e-mail Dr. Purin right away, so you can be on the official list.

Once deposits are paid, airfare arrangements will be made by next week. At that point, I will be able to determine a final budget for the trip.
